A selection of workshops, courses, and mentorship programs I’ve developed and facilitated, exploring sound art, field recording, audio production, and creative technologies.
12-week individualized learning program
Designed a 12-week mentorship curriculum exploring listening practices, field recording, digital audio, sound design, experimental composition, and creative technology.
Developed a progressive learning structure supported by instructional presentations, technical glossaries, software reference guides, listening resources, and practical exercises. Topics ranged from foundational listening and soundwalking to Ableton Live workflows, audio processing, immersive sound, and generative approaches to composition.

Two-part workshop exploring electromagnetic induction – its connection to the paranormal, and its history in sound art. Participants used electromagnetic microphones to collect sounds, before editing and arranging their recordings into a sonic composition.
A two-part online workshop introducing techniques for recording, manipulating, and composing with sound. Participants explored audio editing, processing, mixing, and arrangement, using digital audio tools to transform recorded material into experimental sound compositions.
Developed and facilitated a three-part workshop on creating interactive sound environments using Unity3D, FMOD, and Ableton Live. Through guided exercises, participants explored spatial audio, seamless looping, sound variation, custom parameters, and trigger-based behaviours, learning to implement and test adaptive soundscapes within a virtual 3D environment.
A two-part workshop exploring interactive sound design for virtual environments using Unity3D, FMOD, and Max for Live. Participants experimented with spatial composition, real-time audio processing, probability-based sound behaviours, and implementation techniques, building and playtesting a 3D environment with adaptive audio.
Ten-part curriculum
Developed a ten-part curriculum exploring listening practices, recording techniques, digital audio production, mixing, and sound design. The curriculum combined foundational concepts with practical exercises in field recording, microphone techniques, digital audio workstations, MIDI, EQ, and compression, progressing toward applied mixing and sound design exercises, including audio redesign for film scenes.
Two-part workshop covering the basics of audio recording, mixing, and experimentation, alongside discussions of gender representation and the contributions of women and gender-diverse artists working in audio. Participants were introduced to sound theory, signal flow, recording and mixing techniques, field recorders, mixers and interfaces, DAWs, MIDI, signal processing, and synthesizers.
A hands-on introductory workshop covering the fundamentals of live sound production, including equipment setup, microphone placement for instruments, signal flow, mixing consoles, and basic live mixing techniques. Participants learned how to set up and operate a live sound system.

Two-part online workshop exploring a variety of tools and creative techniques for recording, processing, mixing and arranging audio for sound art.
Three-part online workshop exploring the creation of adaptive, sonic environments for virtual worlds. Participants learn to work with spatial sound while navigating Unity3D, FMOD, and Ableton Live.
Two-part online workshop on building adaptive and sonic environments with Unity3D, FMOD, and Ableton’s Max for Live. Participants will experiment with spatial audio composition, real-time audio processing, implementation, and play-testing.
